Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is paramount to our success as scientists and leaders. Women, non-binary people,  and people are color are often underrepresented in the geosciences. Our priority is to increase representation in our field and to change the structural and institutional barriers that often impede underrepresented minorities in the geosciences.
